the world's tiniest horse

Anything that is miniature size is amazing.

It's good to see it having a bit of a rest, sitting down. Horses stand up too much, they even stand when they sleep!??

In case you don't notice(I didn't at first..), this is another horse, and it's possibly a little bit bigger, but still very tiny and funny:

it would be awesome to have a baby..

.. so I could knit it great costumes. Like this:

Or this:

I would obviously knit my baby much better costumes as well. If I had a baby, my baby would be dressed up as a little gnome. Every Single Day. And on the days that it wasn't dressed up as a gnome, it would be dressed up as something more outlandish and weird. It would only wear colours like green, yellow and black so as to not look like(and be treated by others like) a girl or a boy and would be called a name that wasn't gender specific.

If I had a baby, I would train the baby to do house chores, like cleaning, doing dishes etc so I wouldn't have to do it myself. But most importantly; it would wear costumes.

Don't worry,
I don't want a baby. I can always get a dog and dress it up in weird costumes. But if I did want a baby, it would have been a great - and fashionable - baby!

gothic fairytale photography by Viona-Art

.

This is the singer in Aural Vampire:
I started listening to Aural Vampire after seeing this picture! I love discovering new fun music, I might have to start posting music I like in this blog. I've got a weird taste in music sometimes, so I've been thinking that there's no point in sharing my musical obsessions.. but then this blog attracts weird people so maybe I've got the right audience ;)

My favourite :

How pretty is this outfit?? It's heaven in a bit of clothing.

Ps. Ida and Truls; all these pretty pictures of fashionable people made me think of the two of you;)

A Visual Guide to Alien Beings

I know I'm not supposed to judge a book by it's cover, but if this particular book is anything near as good as it's cover then it must be really, really good. I want it.
The book is based on interviews of abductees who has explained what the aliens where like and looked like and such. It's fun to see that lizard people/reptilians has been included as my boyfriend has been telling me about this particular alien specie for a while. Also, mr. Chace claims he has been lucky enough to meet a reptilian alien lady, so he must know what he's talking about ;)

The cover reminds me a little of Päivi Laakso's elf paintings (blogged here).

I've read reviews of the book where people has said that they used to be sceptical about aliens but now they believe it all. Oh wow, I also want to believe in lizard people! Someone please buy me this book!

cat etchings by Ola Steen

I've been covering my drawings with blobs and spots lately, just like Ola Steen has done in these etchings. Tons of spots can transform a normal looking drawing into a mad psychedelic confusing thing(and that is obviously something we want, isn't it!?). Ola Steen works with old fashioned methods to make prints (etching) and takes care in selecting the paper and I think it gives his work an extra depth. Not that I don't love Photoshop or wish that I lived in the past, - and hey, I love polished, glossy computer-made art.. But I love art with a bit of grittiness to it even more.

This kitty is feeling especially sneaky and clever about something:

Cuddle-cat is smiling before and after cuddles:

Awww drowsy-puss has melancholy in it's eyes:

I need more cats in my life.
