centaur

I don't know what to say about this. It's really "special". I bet lots of nerdy people would love to shampoo her tail.

übergoth

this photo is cool as fuck! the goth in me always wanted such nose-to-ear jewelry, but it's not very practical, so i stuck to drawing it.

diane arbus

diane arbus photographed strangeness in such a nice way.

"She didn’t gaze at her subjects; she induced them to gaze at her. Selected for their powers of strangeness and confidence, they burst through the camera lens with a presence so intense that whatever attitude she or you or anyone might take toward them disintegrates."

Peter Schjeldahl in The New Yorker

this is the photo that first got me interested in diane arbus. i like photos of nudists, it's nice to see the body in a non-erotic context.

dracula clothing

often when i've been at a party at my friend truls' house and i've see an amazing outfit, i've been told it's from his online shop, dracula clothing. the clothes are custom made by good tailors, but are still actually quite affordable!

wooo i'm an actual model! here's me posing for the website in my favourite dress; the velvet doll dress! it's the bestest dress with lush velvet and lovely detailing and it's all mine and it makes me feel fit for fairytales!!

here's ida posing in a beautiful bustleskirt that made me very envious when she wore it at a party.

i've also seen ida in this austen blouse, it has prettyful and practical(yes, it's a possible combination!) lacing in the back for perfect fit and looks even better in real life. i want it.

no, it's not dracula, that's truls showing off the officer coat. he does look a lot like dracula in bram stoker's dracula though!

albino angelicness

gorgeous albino angel creatures, with surreal amazing beauty.

albino eyes has no pigment so the blood shines through. i wish i had eyes like this if it only wasn't for the poor vision that comes with it.

while i searched the net for albino photos, most of what i read from albino people was complaints about all the negative comments they get. how sad and yet very typical. then i came across paola de grenet's photo project "albino beauty" that is a reaction towards this sort of uniform way of thinking; "through these portraits i look for and show a different kind of beauty; by doing so i intend to eliminate the stigmas sometimes associated with diversity."

is it a different kind of beauty? i think it's an obvious kind of beauty.

lush:)
